Returns Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For technical and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened software, games, or digital downloads
  • Personal audio devices (earbuds, headphones)
  • Used cables or connectors
  • Products with tampered serial numbers
  • Clearance or final sale items

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal on our website. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have made an error. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, including original shipping charges.

Testing Fee
For returned electronics that are found to be in working condition, a 15% restocking fee may apply to cover testing and repackaging costs.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
